No output?
Occasionally, we receive feedbacks from our NCH6100HV customers, complaining no output voltage when turned on.
Out of other possibilities, shortage between Vin or Vout to GND is a common issue. See the photo below.
In the photo, the Vin was accidentally soldered to the square line, which is actually connected to ground. Therefore, it will definitely not work properly.
While we ask our customers to check soldering carefully, we also acknowledge that this is a design flaw and will be corrected in future designs.
